Hello loves! Beautiful Creatures is looking for some staff! This would be our first step towards progression and expanding out on BC. So it's about time I took on a comrade and partner in crime who will help me manage Beautiful Creatures. I'll be keeping a look out for those who apply and I think have the right qualities and capabilities fit to help me manage this site. There is no date that this thread will close, meaning this will be left open until said otherwise. If you have what it takes then post with the code below! SO, WHAT'S THE POSITION? Currently, the position is for the Moderator role. WHAT'S REQUIRED AND EXPECTED? As a Moderator, you'll need to be and will be expected to be active and online at least once a day and be engaging in both the c-box, roleplay/Out Of Characters boards. How active are you?: All days, (am I answering this right?) usually for at least a couple hours, I'm only really gone if I'm doing something with family, or I've had a particularly tiresome day at work, I might not be on as long for sleep's sake. Most of the time I lurk~
Why do you think you'll make a good addition to the staff team?: I'm very active, and multitask well. I also do my best to keep track of everything on site, so I don't fall behind easily. Not only that, but I keep my characters as active as possible and try to get involved into IC action as much as possible. I'm good at putting myself to work, even if it's something simple such as fixing up minor and more inconsequential details. I'm also eager and friendly, quick to jump into the cbox and talk or offer help. Or even just, ya'know, create really weird cbox chats late at night for no apparent reason.
What qualities do you have that you feel make you a good staff member?: Oh gee, qualities. Well, personally I think I'm very dedicated to my work, and I'm patient too. I'm trustworthy and friendly, and I can stay focused on my job when I need to be. I can't claim I'm experienced, though I have my own site in the works, and my coding capabilities are lacking, but I'm enthusiastic and resourceful,
and always friendly! (Honestly, kinda got lost on filling this part out, sorry!)

How active are you?: I'm online daily, for at least 1-3 hours. Naturally more on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Admittedly the times I am online during are often not peak times (as during the week, when I come online...it's generally about 8-9pm for most who use American or Eastern time) but this has never been a real barrier in other staffing positions.
Why do you think you'll make a good addition to the staff team?: I know how you work as I have staffed with you on two other forums before this one, meaning I have an understanding already of how you like to run, manage and operate your forums. This is beneficial for enforcing rules and assisting with queries. As you know, I also have countless staffing experiences meaning I may be useful for advise or other administration or moderation functions. I'd say I'm friendly and approachable which are good traits for a staff member, I'm active and have basic coding experience. I also love hangin around the chat, seeing what people are up to; what characters they're loving rn, what plots they may have in mind and so on. I love being engaged with a forum and it's community too and it is for these reasons which I feel I would make a good addition to the team!
What qualities do you have that you feel make you a good staff member?: As I gently touched on, I have basic coding experience, moderation and administration experience with multiple platforms (forummotion, jicnk, webs, proboards), I'm active and I'd say that you know me pretty well and hence can trust me and my abilities. <3

Thank you, both for your applications! After much thought and consideration, I've decided to name Beautiful Creatures Moderator. Do know this was no easy task in deciding, both of you I can seeing working with and helping BC grow. Alas, only one person can be named and I'm happy to name Perception as the sites Moderator!
